TreePlanet develops online games that promotes the concept of an eco-friendly environment. It provides users with encouragement to solve environmental issues through the virtual tree developed by the company. It increases voluntary participation and corporate social contribution.
It also offers Project Redwood, Tree Planet 3, and Star Forest.
TreePlanet was awarded the Korea Mobile Award Grand Prize in 2012. It also placed third in the Global Social Venture Competition in 2011 and won first place in the Social Venture Competition Asia. It operates between users, companies, and NGOs. Users plant trees, companies convey an eco-friendly image through advertising, and NGOs receive advertising funds from companies, enabling them to plant more trees.
TreePlanet was established on September 15, 2010, based in Seoul, Korea.
