Trarian was co-founded by Jordan Birnholtz (CEO), a former Kirkland & Ellis patent litigator and repeat founder, and Mike Ulin (CTO), previously co-founder and CTO of Paxton AI and a founding team member at ZestyAI. The team brings together deep patent law expertise, AI product experience, and a track record of building underwriting models that institutional capital has used to deploy billions.
