Track Records is the international-standard motorsport circuit integrated into the EPP Studios campus in Atlanta, Georgia, a groundbreaking film and television production complex developed by Mason Ewing Corporation. Track Records brings together the worlds of high-performance racing and world-class filmmaking on a single, unprecedented site.
Designed to competition-grade standards for both car and motorcycle racing, Track Records will host professional motorsport events while also serving as a fully operational filming location, giving productions access to authentic racing environments that no traditional studio can replicate. This dual purpose creates a rare convergence: the adrenaline and precision engineering of the racing world, combined with the creative infrastructure of a major production studio. As part of the broader EPP Studios campus, alongside its sound stages and its living museum of authentic film props gathered over a decade from across the world, Track Records strengthens Atlanta's position as the true Hollywood of the South. It offers producers, filmmakers, and racing organizations a single destination where storytelling and motorsport excellence meet. Beyond its creative and competitive ambitions, Track Records represents a significant driver of local economic growth. The project is expected to generate substantial employment opportunities in Metro Atlanta, from circuit operations, event management, and hospitality to technical, engineering, and production roles tied to the wider EPP Studios campus. This positions Track Records not only as a landmark for motorsport and film, but as a meaningful contributor to the region's economy and workforce development. Led by Mason Ewing, founder of Mason Ewing Corporation, and supported by directors Mickaël Nicolas, Valex Kemeni, and Nathan Guilmain, Track Records embodies a bold vision: building something where power, precision, and creativity drive a project forward together.
