Toro Gold Ltd is a private gold exploration and development company focused on the prolific Birimian and Archean geological terranes of Africa.
The Company is establishing a multi-million ounce portfolio of gold projects across multiple jurisdictions to offer investors exposure both to proven and emerging gold provinces while providing technical
and political risk diversification.
The Company’s flagship asset is the Mako Project in eastern Senegal. A Definitive Feasibility Study completed in 2015 indicates a 1.4 million ounce resource including a 1 million ounce reserve at an average grade of 2.25g/t. An Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for the Mako Project was also completed in 2015.
Toro Gold currently operates on 4 large exploration permits in Côte d’Ivoire under its Joint Venture with Predictive Discovery and has another Joint Venture exploration project in Gabon called the Zomoko Project.
The Company aims to further build its exploration portfolio through direct application, Joint Venture or acquisition of prospective projects.
