electronic tools such as the eproc system for electronic case filing and tracking, online process consultation, and digital certificates and payment guides. TJTO maintains channels like a virtual counter, ombuds office, and public information service to receive manifestations and information requests. It also coordinates initiatives on alternatives to imprisonment, victim assistance, mediation and conciliation, and strategic management and transparency of its activities.
