Tixperience is the engagement and loyalty platform for the £1 trillion live experience economy. The platform sits on top of existing ticketing infrastructure - no hardware required - and gives venues three capabilities they lack today: memory, loyalty, and footfall control. Every ticket is automatically transformed into a branded digital
collectible ("Collectix"), stored in the visitor's personal Tixperience album. Tixperience's proprietary Locatix technology places GPS-verified, time-gated collectible drops at specific venue locations, incentivising visitors to explore underutilised areas, redistributing footfall and driving ancillary spend without discounting. Cross-venue collection sets build loyalty across multiple venues and event types, creating a habit loop that rivals Tesco Clubcard for the experience economy. The platform is mobile-first (iOS, Android, web), GDPR-compliant, and built on a database-first architecture. An AI assistant ("Tixie") surfaces personalised event recommendations, deepening engagement between visits. Venue operators receive a real-time analytics dashboard covering footfall heat maps, perk engagement, and repeat visit indicators. Tixperience is pre-revenue (Mar '26) with a live MVP and is raising a £1.25M seed round to launch UK pilots and reach commercial scale.
