Active on the European market, we seek out companies with an enterprise value between €30-€200m. We invest between €10-€30m of equity in each business and look for opportunities in all sector, with a focus on our core expertise: the digital sector.
Our fund can take both minority and majority positions in all types of transactions from equity injections to complex LBO/MBO structures.
