TheNextBid was created to solve one of the main frustrations of potential home buyers, namely: closed bids that make it unclear what others offer. It is also almost a daily task to maintain contact with real estate agents, who in turn have trouble to inform all candidates about the progress. Their innovative tool enables open bids and potential
home buyers are automatically informed about the status of their bid. According to us, this transparency leads to more confidence in the housing market and brokers.
They not only allow open bids, but also the selection of candidates becomes more transparent. They do this by showing the conditions (such as reservation of financing) of a candidate in addition to the bid. Interested parties can bid multiple times and new bids do not necessarily have to be higher than the highest bid.
