The Zero Commission aims to be a leader in property search portals that would consist of only No Commission properties and allow tenants/buyers to deal directly with the owners, which will lead UAE’s real estate industry towards an era of doing real estate business in the most efficient, convenient and transparent manner.
Through The Zero Commission portal, we want to provide the UAE’s people with the opportunity to search for their homes more efficiently without paying the Agency Fees. This is the first platform in the UAE to find properties directly from the Owner, and we do not have a prototype or a model to copy from. This is a solution built for a problem which founders have experienced in the UAE market.
