The WISER Method is an AI operations methodology developed from two decades of building AI systems for Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies. Founded by Anthony Franco (founder of EffectiveUI, acquired by WPP), WISER codifies what actually works when deploying AI inside real organizations with real constraints.
The methodology addresses the
