Critics Table LTD is the internet company behind The Table, a revolutionary restaurant rating and recommendation system that ranks the best dining destinations across the globe. It is an effective desktop as well as mobile application operating currently on iOS and Android.
Unlike most restaurant discovery apps, The Table does not rely on
user-generated reviews, as they can be touristy, susceptible to foreign interests and mostly – amateurish. Instead, The Table sources high quality, in depth articles by leading journalists and food experts from leading publications. Then it analyzes them, assigning scores and using an intelligent algorithm to compile an ultimate ranking list containing only the most critically acclaimed restaurants to offer you a reliable, rich and informative rating.
The Table offers users the ability to narrow down restaurant searches by location, cuisine, and price. Then it presents a list of raked restaurants with a grade and provides all necessary restaurant information along with critics reviews and other relevant parameters such as Michelin stars. Users can save restaurants they want to try by adding them to a favorites list and also share a restaurant with friends via email, social media or sms.
The Table started in Tel Aviv in 2012 and today is present in 21 cities including San Francisco, New York, Berlin, Tel Aviv, London and Paris with 100,000 monthly unique users worldwide.
