The Grass Foundation is a private nonprofit foundation that supports research and education in neuroscience, with a particular focus on neurophysiology and allied fields. experimental and computational approaches to neural systems. The foundation offers grants and awards, including the Henry Grass Rising Stars in Neuroscience Award and the Grass Foundation-ANA Award in Neuroscience, to recognize and support neuroscientists and physician-scientists. It sponsors the Forbes Lectureship, bringing external scientists to give lectures and interact with fellows. The Grass Foundation also funds outreach workshops and initiatives that expand access to neurophysiology education, especially for institutions with limited laboratory resources.
