The Global Switchboard stewards a diverse network of people and organizations to promote human rights and social justice. The organization coordinates coalitions such as the All for All Coalition, which advances immigrant and refugee inclusion through language access, education rights, and mental health initiatives. The Global Switchboard provides
backbone support and fiscal sponsorship to grassroots human rights collaborations, including projects focused on housing rights, anti-discrimination, and regional equity. It offers trainings, learning series, and roundtables for stakeholders such as parents, service providers, and mental health practitioners. The Global Switchboard also convenes and co-sponsors events, short-term projects, and public campaigns that raise awareness about human rights issues and equitable global engagement. In addition, it publishes reports and blog content to document local conditions and advocate for human rights-based policies.
