Fellows participate in structured service initiatives in areas such as literacy, healthcare access, and public markets and financial literacy, working with partner institutions to design and deliver programs. The Germination Project also organizes the annual Draft Day Gala to induct new fellows and recognize civic and institutional partners, and it offers opportunities for donors to support fellows, teams, and projects. Through these activities, it provides sustained educational, networking, and applied learning experiences for student fellows.
