The Foundry Consortium operates a nonprofit community center that combines maker spaces, arts facilities, and STEAM-focused programming. The organization manages public programs, classes, workshops, and events that use spaces such as a performance venue, dance studio, art studio, demonstration kitchen, and design and fabrication shops. It offers
memberships for ongoing access to maker spaces and art studios, as well as artist-in-residence opportunities focused on molding, casting, and community engagement. The Foundry Consortium also coordinates space rentals for programs, performances, and community events, using a sliding scale to support individuals, small organizations, and nonprofits. Through these services, it connects residents with hands-on creative, scientific, and technical learning opportunities. The consortium additionally administers discount initiatives and volunteer, donation, and sponsorship opportunities to support access to its offerings.
