The Fleischer Foundation supports underprivileged youth through education sponsorships, mentorship, and job search initiatives. The organization runs a sponsorship program that funds secondary and higher education for students from low-income backgrounds, covering tuition, boarding, school supplies, medical care, and other necessities. Its
mentorship program delivers holiday mentorship sessions, workshops, counselling, field trips, and one-to-one local and international mentor pairings. The job search program assists university graduates with career guidance, including university selection support, CV preparation, networking, mock interviews, and job application assistance. Additional programs include sponsored basketball teams in Mukuru and support for African law students to participate in international moot court competitions. The foundation is also developing its own secondary school to serve sponsored students.
