The Everly Project is a nonprofit harm reduction organization that provides mobile outreach, HIV services, and peer support for people who use drugs and experience housing insecurity. The organization distributes harm reduction supplies such as naloxone, safer smoking and injection kits, wound care materials, clothing, food, and extreme weather
items through regular street outreach. It operates HIV-focused day center programming that combines testing, counseling, Spanish interpretation, and access to basic needs with a harm reduction group. The Everly Project also runs peer-led support meetings that allow participants to define recovery on their own terms. In addition, it offers trainings on harm reduction history and practice, trauma-informed de-escalation, and overdose response for community and provider organizations. Its work focuses on people who are unhoused, sex workers, and others who face barriers in traditional health and social service systems.
