Decode Project provides structured literacy programming for young readers who need explicit decoding and reading support. The organization offers one-on-one and small group mentoring sessions that use evidence-based, multi-sensory structured literacy methods. It trains literacy mentors, including future educators and community leaders, in
structured literacy, resilience-building, and healing-centered care. Decode Project also delivers workshops, resources, and individualized reports for caregivers, schools, and youth-serving organizations to help them support children’s reading development. Its programs include year-round mentoring, summer literacy experiences, and caregiver workshops, with sliding-scale fees and grant-supported access. The organization collaborates with partner schools and community groups to deliver its services where students already learn and gather.
