The Conciliation Project is a nonprofit social justice organization that uses theatre and facilitated dialogue to examine racism, oppression, and related social issues. The organization creates and tours original plays that address topics such as racial history, housing discrimination, addiction, sexism, incarceration, and gun violence. The
Conciliation Project offers workshops, trainings, and performances for businesses, schools, organizations, and communities to support anti-racism education and confront cultural stereotypes. Its TCP in 3D and TCP Institute programs combine theatrical presentations, dialogue sessions, lectures, and ritual and devised theatre training to engage participants in difficult conversations. The Conciliation Project also provides online offerings, including Zoom-based one-on-one conversations, foundational Racism 101 sessions, and follow-up topic discussions.
