The Co-Group is a charitable not-for-profit organisation that provides workforce solutions for the disability, aged care, and community service sectors. The organisation supplies screened and qualified staff such as support workers, nurses, and coordinators to meet emergency, short-term, and long-term staffing needs. It manages recruitment,
onboarding, rostering, work health and safety, and payroll, including wages, superannuation, insurance, and statutory costs. The Co-Group also offers business support services such as HR, bookkeeping, and assistance with NDIA claims and NDIS funding processes. As a registered charity, it operates a structured grants program that distributes surplus funds to Australian public benevolent institutions serving people with disabilities and older Australians in need. Through these grants, it collaborates with partner organisations to design and support programs that improve quality of life where government funding does not cover needs.
