The Capable Hub develops and maintains open-source CHERI software and related infrastructure for CHERI-enabled systems. The organisation focuses on improving the availability, quality and upstream alignment of CHERI ports and forks of operating systems, toolchains, libraries, debuggers and emulators. It curates and contributes to CHERI-enabled
variants of projects such as Linux, CheriBSD, seL4, Zephyr, RTOSes, C libraries, GCC, LLVM, GDB and QEMU, as well as CHERI-capable distributions based on Yocto. The Capable Hub provides engineering support, documentation and guides to help hardware vendors, software developers and researchers build, test and deploy CHERI software. It also operates shared infrastructure, including CI, board farms and artifact storage, to support development and testing of CHERI software stacks.
