Company Performance Metrics
The Austin Foundation delivers youth development programs that combine education, technology, life skills, and sports. It runs Becoming Young Adults, an after-school initiative that builds financial wellness, mental health awareness, general life skills, and interpersonal skills for high school students. Through NEXTGEN digital literacy and coding
programs, it teaches youth and young adults to use technology, navigate digital citizenship, and explore tech-related careers. The organization also produces community events such as March Mania basketball tournaments that integrate competition with financial literacy and career exploration activities. Its work is aimed at helping young people manage stress, build confidence, and prepare for adulthood through hands-on learning and mentorship.
