Teton Literacy Program provides free literacy education programs for children, youth, and families. The organization offers individual tutoring for students who are reading below grade level, focusing on comprehension, fluency, decoding, and writing skills. It runs Literacy Lab preschool classes for children without access to other preschool
options, as well as enrichment and afterschool clubs that integrate reading, writing, language, arts, science, technology, and music. Teton Literacy Program delivers college and career readiness activities, summer learning programs, and at-home learning resources. It collaborates with partners to distribute free books through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and offers parent education, language exchange, and community resource navigation. The organization also engages AmeriCorps members, volunteers, and college interns to support instruction and program development.
