Tempo Foundation focuses on inspiring and supporting innovation and deeper understanding in Bulgarian education. The organization develops and applies a holistic consulting and training model for schools aimed at improving teaching processes, learning environments, school culture and management within existing regulations and resource constraints.
Tempo Foundation designs interdisciplinary, project-based learning scenarios such as the "Questions Are the New Answers" and "Schools of the Big Questions" projects, aligned with national curricula in STEM and other subjects. It provides educators with methodologies, learning materials, and authentic assessment formats that cultivate critical thinking, teamwork and reflection in students. The foundation also facilitates school events, initiatives and partnerships that encourage inquiry-based learning and the development of social and life skills.
