About the Company
TeleMessage was officially acquired by Smarsh on February 20, 2024, nearly two year after the deal was initially announced in May of 2022.
TeleMessage provided state-of-the-art messaging solutions from 1999 on until being acquired by Smarsh. Their software was successfully deployed and used by thousands of enterprises, reached hundreds of millions
of users, and powered billions of messages through customers’ networks. TeleMessage supported leading brands across a range of industries such as healthcare, travel, finance and retail, among others.
