counseling delivered by trained professionals and volunteers. Telefono Rosa manages refuge houses and semi-autonomous housing to ensure safety and support paths toward independence. The association designs and runs prevention, education and training projects in schools and communities on gender-based violence, discrimination, bullying, cyberbullying and online abuse. It also develops specialized training and e-learning modules for professionals who work with victims of violence.
