Their Technical Services team delivers customer service through added value. They recognise that leaving the customers to their own devices after the solution has been installed is not enough.
It is the responsibility of their team to provide continued updates on technology and resolve any issues that may arise. This provides a single point of contact for you, the customer, providing a quick response to enquiries.
