TechAir AS was established in the 1st quarter of 2017 as Fjernstyrt Monterging AS by founder Trond Alstadheim. The company was started to solve HSE challenges and streamline working methods on power lines. We are developing a remote-controlled unmanned robotic rig and, together with innovative methods, TechAir will be a comprehensive supplier of
all work tasks at the height of power lines. Development and testing is done from our prepared workshop premises in Jordalen in Bergen. The company also has office premises at Nyskapningsparken by Marinholmen in an exciting environment for the development and commercialization of companies. In addition to support from Innovation Norway and the Research Council, TechAir has received the Seal of Excellence from the European Commission after asserting itself as an innovation project in the EU's Horizon 2020 program for small and medium-sized enterprises.
