The organization operates TechFluent Academy, a cohort-based program that combines live, live-virtual, and self-paced coursework with structured mentorship. Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, and related tools, preparing for certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, PL-300, MB-910, and MB-920. The program includes technical and soft skills training, capstone-style projects, and career readiness workshops covering resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. Participants receive support from mentors, learning success managers, training assistants, and career coaches. TechFluent also engages employer partners to hire graduates for roles such as associate consultant, junior data analyst, system administrator, and project support.
