Training, Employment and Community Help is a non-profit organization that administers a wide range of community support programs funded by public and private grants. It provides child care resources, subsidized child care, preschool and school-age care, and adult education such as GED preparation and diploma classes. The organization operates
crisis intervention services including the Modoc Crisis Center and Modoc CASA Program for court-appointed special advocacy, as well as parenting and life skills education. It delivers emergency services like homeless assistance, food bank access, commodities distribution, and low income home energy assistance. Training, Employment and Community Help also runs housing support and disability advocacy programs, in-home supportive services registry and training, foster family agency services, and senior nutrition and social activities.
