Taly Foundation provides access to quality early childhood education through a model that combines preschool scholarships, program quality improvement, and family support. The organization partners with preschool directors to fill empty or expanded seats with children who otherwise could not attend. In exchange, participating centers commit to
independent assessments, quality benchmarks, and ongoing professional development for teachers. Taly Foundation works with schools to create and implement quality improvement plans using established early childhood rating tools. The organization also contracts with families to provide tuition support linked to child attendance, progress assessments, and educational workshops. Through this two-generation approach, Taly Foundation supports children’s school readiness while helping families strengthen their economic stability.
