Talentegy, a combination of “Talent” and “Strategy” offers a SaaS-based Web and mobile platform specifically designed to help companies optimize Candidate and Employee experiences, through advanced and actionable analytics. We call it Talent Experience Management and we believe it represents an important new offering in the HR Technology ecosystem.
Current tools fail to provide a solution for a unified, objective, and actionable view of talent experiences. Talentegy solves this problem by offering HR teams a way to monitor their candidate and employee experiences and maps them specifically to their unique talent processes and provides the tools to fix the problems. The pure analytics platforms today aren’t designed for talent functions and existing HR technology solutions such as an ATS, CRM or talent management system aren’t designed to support advanced behavior analytics.
Talentegy offers a simple but powerful best-practice framework to help companies optimize their user experiences attached to talent functions through our Measure, Alert and Plan features. These core product principles allow our solution to combine the siloed views of a client’s user experience data and turn them into actionable insights along with the tools to manage change. Recruiting activities are the obvious application, but our goal is to also do the same with performance management and learning functions.
