Taimi is designed to help users build meaningful love and friendship relationships. The application is a social network, where users can share their thoughts, photos, create groups or join and follow existing ones. This provides a safe medium and a platform for discussion of LGBTQ+ issues and rights. Users may interact even closer through video
calls built in the app.
Taimi aims for a friendly, inclusive atmosphere and takes personal and emotional security of its users seriously. It is provided through: ● Hand-picked moderation of user profiles. Those of real people receive the label "verified" that is visible to other users. After users verify their profiles, they can request verification of other users. ● Two-Factor Authentication. This system gives users the opportunity to protect their account by the pin code or the fingerprint and keep the data safe even when a phone gets stolen. ● Cooperation with NGO's. Taimi has partnered with the Trevor Project to make seeking help for our younger users more accessible. They can contact Trevor immediately from their profile by tapping one button. ● Additional security features that include anonymous notifications and messages, private albums, etc.
