Syntopix Group plc is a drug development company focused on prescription and over-the-counter products for the treatment of common inflammatory skin conditions. Our vision is to become a world-class company providing clinical solutions for important dermatological diseases. This will be achieved by creating a continuous pipeline of novel products
for the topical treatment and prevention of dermatological conditions, principally acne and staphylococcal infections including MRSA. The Syntopix strategy has been designed to reduce the risks and costs associated with drug discovery and development. We concentrate on changes of use and combinations of known compounds with well-documented pharmacology and toxicity profiles that are already established as safe for human use. This allows a more efficient route through discovery, pre-clinical, and clinical development and increases the probability of success.
