SyncSignature is email signature management software for companies running on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. It replaces the manual work of standardizing signatures across an organization: IT admins and marketing teams design branded signatures in a central workspace, assign them by department or role through directory sync, and deploy
automatically to every employee mailbox without touching individual clients.
Beyond deployment, SyncSignature runs scheduled banner campaigns inside employee signatures for product launches, events, or promotions, and tracks link-level engagement back to the sender. Agencies use the multi-workspace layer to manage signatures across client brands from a single account.
The product spans three tiers: a solo plan for individuals, a per-seat Teams plan that scales down to $1.40 per user at 100 seats, and a custom Agency plan. SyncSignature is published on both the Google Workspace Marketplace and Microsoft AppSource.
SyncSignature serves ~37,000 users with paying customers spanning solo professionals, in-house marketing teams, HR and People Ops, IT admins, and multi-brand agencies. The company operates as a lean, product-led SaaS.
