The implementation of SymVolli is based on highly developed consultancy services which begins with a dialogue with their customers that identifies the problems they want to solve. Examples might be the need to measure RoI for marketing campaigns, establish seamless communications between sales and marketing, generate accurate sales forecasts; manage the quality and the quantity of the sales pipeline to meet targets, meet the SLA support commitments, and minimize the administrative burden in carrying out any of their customer facing activities.
