Swysh operates an online platform that enables fans to book personalised video messages from sports stars and celebrities. The service allows users to browse a range of athletes across sports such as AFL, NRL, cricket, football, rugby and netball, then submit a tailored request for a shoutout or message. Customers specify the occasion, recipient
details and any questions or themes they want included in the video. Once recorded by the selected star, the video is delivered to the buyer via SMS and email for download and sharing. Swysh also offers optional add-ons such as watermark removal and physical gift boxes that package the video with sports-themed merchandise. A portion of revenue from each video is donated to nominated charities and grassroots sport initiatives.
