Company Performance Metrics
SWVO coordinates social care and support across municipalities by organizing the procurement of Wmo services and managing contracts with care providers and equipment suppliers. The organization works closely with social work and client support providers to ensure accessible, generalist and independent assistance for residents who need help with
daily living, participation and self-reliance. SWVO monitors waiting lists, capacity and labor market issues among care providers and facilitates joint solutions, including the use of supportive technologies. It develops and manages tools such as availability overviews to give professionals and residents insight into contracted providers and waiting times. SWVO also offers procedures for complaints and subsidy objections and hosts the CZW bureau, which executes policy tasks in areas such as social shelter, supported housing, domestic violence, youth and alcohol, and anti-discrimination.
