Swibeco is a web and mobile-based platform, offering unique HR and e-commerce solutions in Switzerland. The founders came to a simple realisation: current compensation packages don’t provide sufficient flexibility to value the employees in a motivating and rewarding way. Indeed, the salary increase is not the only alternative to show appreciation
towards employees.
It is in this context that Swibeco AG has been created. It’s a digital solution , which enables employers to offer benefits and discounts to their employees in order to increase their purchasing power in a practical way and to reward their commitment on a daily basis. Their multi-action platform also covers the needs for: HR communication, satisfaction analysis, peer cohesion, incentives and corporate gifts.
