urya India Limited ("the Company") registered under the Companies Act, 1956 was incorporated on 31.01.1985 with registration certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana and received its certificate of commencement of business on 12.02.1985.
Previously, The Company was engaged in the business of providing Loans
& Advances, investing in shares (both quoted and unquoted) and in Real Estate activities and it was registered as Non-Banking Finance Company (non-accepting public deposit) with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) vide registration certificate no. 14.00.196 dated 4th March, 1998?. As the Company was neither mainly involved in NBFC activities and nor intended to do so now, Therefore, it has voluntarily surrendered its Certificate of Registration of Non-Banking Finance Company with the RBI on 18th May, 2017 and presently mainly involved in the business of Real estate and related activities.
