Summerset is a retirement village and aged care services business that provides residents with a continuum of care.
The integration of care facilities into Summerset's villages provides residents with the knowledge that care is available for them should their needs change. The company provides a range of living options and aged care
facilities and services to more than 3,500 residents.
It is one of the largest retirement village providers in New Zealand, with 21 villages across the country. In addition, we have six quality land sites in Casebrook, Lower Hutt, St Johns, Parnell, Rototuna and Richmond, bringing the total number of sites to 27.
The Summerset Group has villages in Aotea, Dunedin, Ellerslie, Hamilton, Hastings, Havelock North, Hobsonville, Karaka, Katikati, Levin, Manukau, Napier, Nelson, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Paraparaumu, Taupo, Trentham, Wanganui, Warkworth and Wigram.
