Sturdy Networks had its beginnings as a software development shop: for more than a decade, they successfully built, deployed, and maintained software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. They came to realize that deploying software properly for resiliency and scalability wasn’t easy. At the same time, “moving to the cloud” became the mantra of many
leading-edge companies. That’s when they had their epiphany: why not apply their deep development skills to this emerging cloud computing space? In 2012, they created a team of DevOps engineers and software developers to help customers deploy their SaaS products seamlessly in the cloud. Sturdy Networks was born.
