About the Company
There are no chain native standards where the property rights of the digital assets can be divided among participants i.e. owner, user, etc. It leads to less accessibility of scarce assets among participants and NFT investors have fewer liquidity tools to generate passive income from the asset.
We’re building a comprehensive utility transfer
protocol where conditional ownership of assets can be provided with our smart contract and utility can expire either over time or after certain usage. Uniqueness is in a modular smart contract that is easy to consume and supports fixed cost as well as revenue-sharing rentals.
