Strawbees is an educational toy based on simple units called Strawbees that lets you connect straws to each other and build little to huge mechanical objects from just straws and cardboard.It all began in 2011, using IKEA's lamps plastic waste to create simple connectors that attach to straws and cardboard, the Strawbees.
