Steps With Children provides independent services focused on children’s safety, wellbeing and participation across care and youth support settings. The organization offers Regulation 44 visits, return home interviews and advocacy to help children and young people be heard and to support continuous improvement in children’s homes. It delivers a
children’s homes jump start package, complaints and investigation management, and quality assurance audits for providers. Steps With Children also provides training on a range of social care and safeguarding topics, delivered virtually or face to face by qualified trainers. Additional consultancy includes safeguarding support for sports clubs, particularly gymnastics, and other tailored services agreed on request.
