Company Performance Metrics
STEPMC provides community-based programs that support individuals and families working to overcome poverty. The organization facilitates classes where participants explore the causes and effects of poverty and develop tools such as education, work skills, goal setting, and social capital. STEPMC organizes regular program nights that include meals,
childcare, and structured programming for participants. It also offers Bridges Out of Poverty training for community members who are not in poverty and want to understand local poverty and respond constructively. Through these offerings, STEPMC mobilizes volunteers, community leaders, and partner organizations to build relationships and address both individual and systemic barriers related to poverty.
