The investment team’s extensive operational and investment experience from the different industries enables us to create value by partnering with entrepreneurial managers to build profitable and sustainable companies. SPG long term goal is to build a private equity fund with a total committed capital base of around NOK 2 billion. Value of current assets are estimated to be NOK 1.1 billion.
Our Group of electricity companies are NVE licensed and trade on NASDAQ and NORDPOOL. To obtain the lowest possible price for our electricity customers, we have a team of highly skilled hedging traders.
