Startup Street is an initiative that aims to cultivate entrepreneurship among the Malaysian youth. Startup Street aims to cultivate the growth of entrepreneurship amongst Malaysians. Startup Street seek to become a platform for Malaysians to gain opportunities, experience and insights in the field of entrepreneurship.
Startup Street recognises
that the Malaysian student pool is flooded with tremendous talent that has been left untapped and undernourished. Startup Street's goal is to promote entrepreneurship as a legitimate career pathway by enriching them with exciting entrepreneurial experience. This will be accomplished through Startup Street’s several projects & initiatives.
Highlighting one of Startup Street's pillar, Accelerated Entrepreneurs Program (ACE Program). Startup Street’s ACE Program will see the selection of premier youth talent, based on capability and tenacity, paired with outstanding startups selected on the basis of type and degree of learning experience offered.
The ACE Program pairs the best youth talent with startups for an 8-week work placement. It develops selected youth through teaching entrepreneurship basics, coupled with building their own business plan.
