Startup Refugees also runs mentoring programs that connect highly educated migrants with experienced professionals in different sectors. Through its Startup Refugees Fund, it offers grants, mentoring and networks to newcomer entrepreneurs who are not yet attracting investors. The network further delivers skills trainings, workshops and digital learning to help participants understand local working life and develop practical competencies.
