We found immense happiness in recruiting hundreds of people, building a happy work environment, and providing a contented life for everyone in the team. We profoundly understood our skills in travelling, negotiating, accounting, operations, market research and recruitment. Thus began our journey towards insourcing.

We pursued research on the Indian business market and studied the way different companies operated. The one obvious fact that we found was that, hundreds of Indian companies in the IT, Digital, Mobile and Research sphere are competing against each other to break into the markets of North America, Europe and Australia.
